2 to 4 weeks start to finish, sometimes even less! It really depends on how fast you can get us your content and images and how our schedule looks. We'll always keep you in the loop on timing so there are no surprises.

Lump sum clients can walk away anytime, no hard feelings! Subscription clients are a little different. There's a 12 month minimum and after that you're free to cancel whenever. Cancel before those 12 months are up though and you'll owe the remainder of the contract. We're always upfront about this from day one so nothing ever comes as a surprise.

Yes and no. SEO is really two things, on-page and off-page. On-page is basically everything on your actual website. Is it fast? Is it set up so Google can find it? Does it have the right titles and descriptions? We take care of all of that with every site we build. Off-page is everything that happens outside your website, like getting other sites to link to yours, managing your business listings around the web, stuff like that. That's not something we offer.

if we're in the design phase and we just can't land on something you're happy with, we'll refund whatever you paid upfront. No hard feelings, it happens. Once we move into actually building the site though, that's where refunds stop being automatic. At that point we've put in serious work and refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
