We came up through the dev side of this industry. We watched page builders take over, watched AI-generated sites flood the web, watched agencies charge serious money for sites that failed basic performance checks. We couldn't square it.
This is why every site we build starts with a blank file and ends with clean, hand-written code that a browser can parse in milliseconds and Google can read like a book. No leftover plugin weight. No recycled templates. No shortcuts we'd have to explain away later.

After the contract is signed, we’ll send over a short questionnaire about your business and what you offer. We use that information to design your site, get your approval, and then move into development. The full process typically takes about 3–4 weeks.

Questionnaire
We send a short questionnaire (no more than 10 questions) covering your services, business, what sets you apart, etc.

Design
We then take your answers and expand on them, shaping the content and design of the site around your business.

Approval
Once the design is complete, we do a video call showing you our work and make any changes you want until you are 100% satisfied.

Development
Once the design is approved, we starting code the site. We will send a demo link to view the final result before we go live.

Hi, I'm Ali Al-Rufaii,
I built my first website at 12 for a school project, just a hobby site, but something clicked that day and I never really stopped. Since then I've built games, apps, and more websites than I can count, not because I had to, but because I genuinely love making things.
I started Babylon Technologies because small businesses are the foundation of our communities, and for too long the web industry has been happy to charge them good money for websites that don't work.
