• The $500 blog and $150 per extra page, are those one time fees or monthly charges?

  One time. Need 2 extra pages and a blog? That's $300 plus $500, invoiced once when your site goes live. Done. We're not going to bill you for that every single month for the rest of your life, that would be a wild way to run a business.

• How do you handle late payments?

  Every invoice has a 7 day grace period. After that, a $25 late fee kicks in. If payments stay overdue for multiple months with no communication, we'll cancel the contract and the remaining balance for the site becomes due in full. That said, we get it, life happens. If something comes up, just talk to us. We're flexible and easy to work with when you're upfront with us. The only time this becomes a problem is when invoices go unpaid and we can't get a response. We put real time and work into your site, and we just need to make sure that's respected.

• What happens if I cancel after the 12 month minimum and want to come back?

  You just sign a new 12 month contract.

• Is there a fee to set up the site, or is the listed price everything?

  That's it, no hidden setup fees. The monthly plan covers everything, design, development, hosting, domain management, all of it. You don't have to worry about a thing. The lump sum option works the same way, just with a flat $25/mo hosting fee on top, and that covers everything too.

• Do I need to know anything technical to manage my site after it's built?

  Nope, not even a little. Need something changed, a new photo, updated hours, edit content? Just send us a message and we'll handle it. You focus on your business, we'll handle the website.
